Before filling the application form the New Applicant need to Register themselves on the portal using a valid Email, Phone Number by clicking on "New Registration" button. One mobile number and email-id can be use only by one applicant.

After the Registration, Applicant have to login using his/her registered phone number and created password for completing the Online Application Form. They should supply all the details in the process of filling the Online Application Form. Before final submission of a application form applicants can modify their fill-uped data and uploaded documents but after final submission applicants will not able to modify any kind of fill-uped data and uploaded documents.

All documents file size should be less than 500KB and JPG, JPEG, PNG image format.

Applicant has to upload the Scanned copy of his/her Photograph, Signature, Last Examination Marksheet, Last Examination Certificate (Not Mandatory), Cast Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate (Not Mandatory), Applicant Bank Passbook, Domicile State Certificate (PRC/Voter ID, NRC/ADHAR card/BPL Card of family/Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/pass port of Self or parent.) etc.

Applicant should Print/Download the Application Form for further reference
